UP government announce new list of beneficiaries 2024 under its UP Vridha Pension shceme.The Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension Scheme also known as UP Vridha Pension Scheme is an initiative by the UP government to support the senior citizens aged 60 and above. Eligible individuals receive a monthly pension of RS. 1000. The pension amount will be directly transferred to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts. The scheme ensures that senior citizens can meet their basic needs and lessen their burdens. The citizens can get themselves registered online through sspy-up.gov.in. Those who are eligible will have their names included in the UP Vridha Pension Beneficiary List 2024. Citizens can check their names as well as their UP Old Age Pension Status Check online by logging to the website. Only those applicants who complete their Aadhar Seeding are eligible for pension scheme.

The Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension Scheme operational since 1994 with the objective of providing financial assistance in the form of pension to elderly residents of the state through the Social Welfare Department. It significantly provides benefits to a large number of people in the state. In total, the scheme disbursed approximately ₹4,559 crore to support elderly citizens, widows, disabled individuals, and those affected by leprosy. It was decided by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 17 December 2021 to increase the amount of pension to destitute women, old and disabled citizens provided under the Uttar Pradesh Pension Scheme. Now all destitute women, old and disabled citizens are provided a pension of 1000 rupees instead of 500 rupees every month.

यूपी सरकार ने अपनी वृद्धा योजना के तहत वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए लाभार्थियों की नई सूची जारी की है।

उत्तर प्रदेश वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजना समाज कल्याण विभाग के माध्यम से राज्य के वृद्धजनों को पेंशन के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से 1994 से संचालित है। यह राज्य में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को महत्वपूर्ण रूप से लाभ प्रदान करता है।मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ द्वारा 17 दिसंबर 2021 को निराश्रित महिलाओं, वृद्धों एवं दिव्यांग नागरिकों को यूपी पेंशन योजना के तहत प्रदान की जाने वाली पेंशन की राशि को बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया गया। अब सभी निराश्रित महिलाओं, बूढ़े और विकलांग नागरिकों को हर महीने 500 रुपये के बजाय 1000 रुपये की पेंशन प्रदान की जाती है।

Facilities/Benefits of the Vridha Pension Scheme

1. Old Age Pension (वृद्धावस्था पेंशन):

The scheme extends financial aid to elderly individuals aged 60 years or older, enabling them to lead a dignified life. The pension helps alleviate the burden of basic necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter. By receiving regular pension payments, beneficiaries can improve their quality of life. It provides a safety net during their golden years, allowing them to meet essential requirements.

2. Widow Pension (विधवा पेंशन):

After the demise of their husbands, women aged 18 years or older will receive Rs 1000 of economic support per month under UP Vridha Scheme to sustain themselves. The annual income of the applicant and her family from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2,00,000. The applicant should not be receiving pension from any other scheme of the state or central government.

Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension Scheme 2024 Status: Eligibility

• Person should be a resident of Uttar Pradesh, India
• The minimum age of the person should be 60 years.
• One will not receive a pension if they are already receiving a pension from any other scheme.
• The ones who live in the rural area shall have an income not more than Rs 46,080.
• For the people residing in urban area, Annual income should not exceed Rs 56,460.

Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension New Application Process 2024 

To apply online for the Vridha Pension UP scheme, please follow the steps below:

1. First, go to the official Uttar Pradesh Vridha Pension portal at sspy-up.gov.in/.
2. Locate and Click on “Old Age Pension”  in the top menu bar.
3. When the Dashboard opens, find and click on the “Apply Online” link.
4. The Old Age Pension application form will appear; carefully fill in all the required details.
5. After completing the form, tick the box in the Declaration section and press the “Submit” button.

3. Select  pensioners list 2023-24. A big list of various districts open on your screen.
4. Click on your district name. A list of village panchayat/ vikaskhand appear on the screen. select the name of your area. then repeat these steps until you reach on the list of your ‘Village panchayat’/ ‘Gram Panchayat’.
5. Click on the box of number of ‘total pensioners’. A list of all the names with pension amount appears on your screen.
   

   

यूपी वृद्धा लाभार्थियों की सूची 2023-24 में नाम देखने के लिए ऐसे करें

1. यूपी वृद्धा योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं।

2. वृद्धावस्था पेंशन/वृद्धावस्था पेंशन पर क्लिक करें।

3. पेंशनभोगियों की सूची 2023-24 चुनें। आपकी स्क्रीन पर विभिन्न जिलों की एक बड़ी सूची खुल जाएगी।

4. अपने जिले के नाम पर क्लिक करें। स्क्रीन पर ग्राम पंचायत/विकासखंड की सूची दिखाई देगी। अपने क्षेत्र के नाम पर क्लिक करें. फिर इन चरणों को तब तक दोहराएँ जब तक आप अपनी ‘ग्राम पंचायत’/ ‘ग्राम पंचायत’ की सूची तक नहीं पहुँच जाते।

5. ‘कुल पेंशनभोगियों’ की संख्या के बॉक्स पर क्लिक करें. आपकी स्क्रीन पर पेंशन राशि के साथ सभी नामों की एक सूची दिखाई देगी।

Check your UP Vridha Pension Application Status

 To find out the status of your Old Age Pension application, please follow these steps:

1. Go to official website of UP Vridha scheme i.e sspy-up.gov.in
2. Look for and click on the “Application Status” link on the Old Age Pension UP dashboard.
3. Select “Old Age Pension” from the options, then input your registration ID and mobile number to get an OTP.
4. Enter the OTP and submit to see your application status.

 

Check your Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension Status 2024

Citizens who are eligible and have applied for the pension scheme can now check their UP Old Age Pension status online. To check the UP Vridha Pension Status 2024, you will require the reference number or the Bank Account number. In case your status is not available, it means that you have not completed the Aadhar Seeding (linking Aadhar number to personal identification documents or service delivery databases). Once the status gets clear, the citizen will start getting the pension amount of Rs 1000 per month.

1. Visit the official UP Vridha website i.e sspy-up.gov.in on your device.
2. On the main page, click on the UP Vridha Pension Beneficiary List 2024 tab.
3. Now click on the UP Old Age Pension Status Check Tab.
4. On the new page select the Pension Scheme option out of the given options.
5. Now fill in your registration id and then enter the registered mobile number.
6. Then an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
7. Verify by entering OTP and enter  Captcha code.
8. Now click on the Login tab and the sspy-up.gov.in Old Age Pension Status 2024of the application will get displayed on the screen.
