CM of Andhra Pradesh Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy announce ‘YSR Housing Scheme’ and ‘YSR Awaas yojana’ for the economically weaker citizens of the state who live in Rural and Urban Areas. All these schemes and more part of Chief Minister’s flagship program ‘Navratnalu’, which include total 9 different housing schemes. ‘Navratnalu-Pedalandariki illu’ scheme is to provide houses to citizen living below poverty line(BPL). Under this ‘Pedalandariki illu’ ,which literally means ‘housing for all’,  around 25 lakh new houses/pattas shall be constructed in span of 5 years. It is regulated by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Government of India under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (PMAY) Scheme. The state government allocate a fund of Rs 6000 for this scheme.

Now in 2024, registrations for Navratnalu-Pedalandariki illu are open for all the eligible citizens. They can go to official website and apply for the same. Under this scheme the houses shall have many facilities like Electricity, Water, proper drainage and infrastructure. For rural houses, one house site patta shall be issued for an extent of 1.5 cents. For Urban areas, one house site patta shall be issued for an extent of about 1.0 cent. Both sites on the name of woman beneficiary of the house. All individual plots have a unique number similar to 11-digit ‘Bhoodhar Number’. The 9 schemes under Navratnalu are as follows:

YSR Raithu Bharosa	Every farmer to be provided Rs 67000 financial assistance. For crop sowing farmers to get Rs 13500 during May itself.   Farmers need not worry about crop insurance. Government to pay crop insurance premium on behalf of farmers.   Interest free Crop loans to be provided to farmers.
Fee reimbursement, Youth Employment & Job Creation	Education expenditure will be borne for poor.   Rs. 20,000 per student per annum to be provided in addition to fees reimbursement, boarding and lodging.
Arogyasri	YSR Aarogyasri cover for all categories with annual income less than Rs. 5 lakh.   Aarogyasri applicable for all medical expenses above Rs. 1000/-   Free medical treatment through Aarogyasri.
YSR Jalayagnam	Jalayagnam dream projects of late Dr YSR to be completed. Polavaram, Poolasubbayya, Veligonda and other projects to be completed in war footing basis.   Safe water for drinking and water for cultivation to be provided. Ponds to be modernized to improve water tables.
Ban on Alcohol	Liquor is one of the main reason for dispute in families.   Human relations are collapsing.   Ban on Alcohol  implemented in three stages. Alcohol use limit to 5 star hotels only
Amma Vodi	Mothers of poor families need not worry about children education.   Financial assistance of Rs. 15,000/-  to mothers for children education.
YSR Asara, YSR Cheyuta	Loans of Women Cooperative Societies would pay to them directly in four instalments.   0% interest loans issued to the women and the interest will be borne by the government to the bankers.   YSR Chevuta to be provided to BC, SC, ST, Minority women.

Pedalandariki-Housing for all poor	Housing for all home less poor families irrespective of parties, cast, religion, category.   25 lakhs houses to be constructed in 5 years.   House sites provided to house less poor people along with registration and construction.   Registration  on the name of female persons in the house at time of hand over.   Tie-up with banks for loans @ 25 paise against the newly constructed house.
Pensions – Enhancement	Pension age limit  decreased to 60 from 65 years. Senior citizen pension to  gradually increase to Rs. 3000/-.   Rs. 3000/- pensions for Differently abled persons.

‘Navratnalu-Pedalandariki illu’ log in registration 2024 full process

1. Go to official website of Andhra Pradesh State housing portal i.e pmhousing.ap.gov.in
2. On side menu click on services and then select ‘YJC Beneficiary registration’.
3. Click on ‘add new applicant’. Application registration form appears on screen.
4. Enter you Adhaar card number, name and Gender. Click on submit.
5. Select your allotee type (like man , woman, husband-wife, widow etc). If couple then add adhaar number of spouse, name. Then click on ‘proceed to entry form’.
6. Fill in your personal details like secondary ID proof, father’s name, spouse name, Caste, minority or not, occupation, whether own any house or not, housing requirement of family etc.
7. Enter your present residing details like District, Division, Constituency, ward, village, Rural/Urban, PIN code etc.
8. Select and fill your land/layout details. District, ULB/mandal name, Ward name etc.
9. Enter your PMAY(U) details.
10. Upload your documents like photocopy of applicant’s Adhaar card, spouse’s adhaar card, photocopy of house site deed/ patta xerox copy. Click on Save .
11. Your ‘Navratnalu-Pedalandariki illu’ registration is now complete.
