Telangana education department commence 5^th class admissions in its Residential Education institutions a.k.a ‘Telangana Gurukulams’ for the year 2024 through TG-CET. The application process begin on official website of tgcet. There are admissions in class 5^th of residential education institutions for EWS, underprivileged sections of society. The mail of such admissions is to give an equal opportunity for below poverty line sections  for getting education and be able to uplift themselves. There are various SC, ST, OBC, and General Residential institutions establish through welfare department.

There are over 643 Residential schools in state that are run by various residential educational institutional societies. These schools provide many  facilities to students like nutritious meal, free stationery, school uniform, monthly pocket money for cosmestics (soap,oils etc) etc. Applications start from  12^th December 2023 to 23 January 2024. Candidates can apply through online portal for TGCET with application fee of Rs 100/-. There are various categories of reservations made for children. Selection is on merit basis and some quota preferences.

About TS Gurukulam 2024 TGCET

Telangana  Gurukul Common Entrance Test is organised by TSWREIS(Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society), TTWREIS(Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Society), MJPTBCWREIS(Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society), TREIS(Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society).TGCET is a common entrance test for entry into class 5, class 10 and IIT Medical Academies.

This time for 2024 TGCET exam is for admissions in class 5 of Residential Schoosl also known as ‘Gurukulam’. To provide quality education to students from general, SC,ST, Tribal background. This announcement is released by TSWREIS. TGCET 2024 shall be held on February 11 2024 from 11:00 am to 01:00 in District headquarters and many centres across Telangana.

9. Enter List of societies. Get list of schools. Click on preview. Click on Submit. Your application is now complete. Download it for future uses.

About TRE-IRB TGT/PGT exam 2024

These are entrance exams conducted for recruitment of Trained Graduated Teachers and Post Graduate Teacher in Residential Societies Schools also know as ‘Gurukulams’. There are 3 written examinations followed by final interview, document verification and medical examination.

Candidates can apply on official website of TRE-IRB from April 24 2023 to 27 June 2023. Candidates should be above 18 years and must be graduate. Further requirements are unique to the specific job they apply for. Candidates must first register themselves for TRE-IRB OTR. With this OTR ID they can apply for any exam. OTR is mendatory for TRE-IRB PGT 2024 exam.

4. Enter your basic details like name, Adhaar id, place of birth, religion etc. Are you a Telangana resident? Answer.Click on Next.
5. Fill your educational qualification. Schooling information, college information etc.
6. Upload passport size photograph and Signature of candidate.
7. Tick the declaration box. Click on register.
8. Your OTR registration is now complete. Now you receive your TRE-IRB OTR ID.
9. Go back on the treirb.aptonline.in to set your password. Click on Sign up and then set your password.
