UP police recruitment department release new recruitment notification and for the application of the same candidates need to register themselves on UP Police OTR portal. This facility is introduce to make application process easier. UP police release around 900 vacancies for computer operator Grade A and 55 open spots for Programmer Grade 2.

Last date for application for both is March 31 2024. Candidates can go to official website of UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board to apply for the posts. They can get more information for the same by visiting the official website.

For all these candidates and more who want to get recruited in UP Police, it is mendatory to register themselves for UP Police OTR. They shall submit all their details for OTR registration like Adhaar Card number, photograph, signature, etc.  Then applicants get OTR ID upon successful registration. Candidates can later use this OTR ID to apply for all UP Police recruitments.

Direct Recruitment for Posts of Computer Operator Grade A and Grade 2 in UP Police 2023

UP PRPB release notification for total 930 vacancies for Computer Operators Grade A and Grade-2  on 29 December 2023. Applications start from 1 to 31^st January 2024. Last date to make corrections in applications is 2^nd February. Application fee is Rs 400/-.

1. Citizen of India
2. Minimum Age 18 years, Maximum age-28 years
3. Qualification- Intermediate level Physics and Maths subject from a recognized institution and
   • DOEACC O-level certification, or a similar recognised certification; Or
   • Diploma in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering from a UP Provisional Education Council.

Process of UP Police OTR registration 2024 for UPPRB ID

1. Go to official website of UP Police recruitment (uppbpb.gov.in)
2. Click on Notices section above.
3. Click on ‘New user registration’.
4. Enter your Mobile number and Captcha Code. Select on with or without Digilokr option
5. Fill in your basic Details, Identification mark on body, Adhaar number. Click on Next
6. Enter the detailed Address information. Click on Next
7. Write Other information like category, past job etc.
8. Educational qualification
9. Upload latest passport size photo, Signature, Domicile certificate, Adhaar Card, click on declaration.
10. Click on ‘Click here to apply post’. Select on posts you want to apply for.
11. Make application payment.
12. Your registration and application is now complete. You get UPPRB ID.
