[Uwin] U Win Vaccinator Registration Portal Login

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in collaboration with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare declare U-Win vaccination portal open for all districts and states across India. Initially run in a pilot mode, it is now fully operational for everyone to access. U-win is set to record, register and maintain vaccination data of newly borns and pregnant women under Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP). It is an upgradation of Co-Win portal which was  for registration of CoVid vaccine appointments in 2021.

Now this same but revise portal will serve as  a medium for civilians to register themselves or their families up for vaccine appointments. However it is to be important that this portal is for registration of pregnant females and infants up to the age of 1.

The parents or the government don’t need to save documents or certificates as a proof of vaccination anymore. Now they can easily track their vaccination details anytime, anywhere.

Any member of the family simply has to register themselves or do their u-Win vaccinator Log-in on the portal and then they can register 10 more members on the portal. Once they enter the details of vaccination appointment, they get regular updates and reminders, manage their jab slot and get a digital certificate for vaccination.

U-win Portal

U-win portal is a successor of the old and famous Co-Win which was launched in the year 2021 for Co-Vid vaccination drive management.

This U-win was launched in the year 2023 as a pilot program to digitize UIP and carry forward the system set by Co-Win. Initially it was run in 2 districts of each state so total 65 areas. Then after seeing a positive response now its open in all districts, States and UTs of the country. Then during the presentation of this years annual union interim budget 24-25, Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman finally rolls out the final official U-win vaccination portal for all states and UTs.

There is no fee for registration on portal. Individuals who are over 18 years of age are eligible to register themselves.

U-Win E Card

Individuals who register and get themselves vaccinated receive their U-Win E card which they can use to access services of this portal in future. This is mainly to generate a unique ID of the individual to keep their vaccination track record for life. It helps them earn all the benefits of this portal.

Aim of U-Win

Digitise Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) and make vaccination possible for all children and pregnant women.

Eligibility for U-win registration

• The person who will register his/her family must be over 18 years of age.
• Pregnant women
• Children from the age of 0-1year.

Vaccinations available under U-Win

• Provides protection against total 12 diseases out of which 11 are national and 1 is sub-national.
• 11 National disease vaccinations for- diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, measles, rubella, a severe form of childhood tuberculosis, rotavirus diarrhoea, hepatitis B, meningitis and pneumonia, caused by Haemophilus, Influenza type B and pneumococcal pneumonia.
• 1 sub-national disease vaccination for- Japanese Encephalitis.

U-Win vaccinator portal registration/login process

1. Go to official website of uwinselfregistration.co-vin.in
2. Enter your mobile number and Click on ‘Log in’ to make a fresh new registration.
3. Submit an OTP you receive on this number.
4. Choose your Member Type i.e Parent/Guardian, Pregnant Woman or Children within age of 1 year.
5. Enter your Name, Age, Adhaar card number etc and click ‘register’.
6. Your u-Win portal registration is now complete.
7. Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP. Your details shall appear on the screen.
8. Select ‘Add member’ if you want to register someone else (children/pregnant). Follow same process like registration.
9. on book appointment to make vaccination appointment near you. Enter their details.
10. Enter information about your vaccine and appointment preference. Click on submit. Download your appointment proof.
