 About ANJAC

Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College (ANJAC) is an autonomous college in Sivakasi in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai recognized as a ‘College of Excellence’ by the University Grants Commission. The financial support to this college is extended by two charitable trusts viz., Janaki Ammal Ayya Nadar Trust and P. IYA Nadar Charitable Trust. This college is running since 1963. Initially it was offering only Pre-University program, but today it offers 18 U.G., 16 P.G., 12 Certificate, 6 P.G. Diploma, 2 Advanced Diplomas, 10 M.Phils., and 7 Ph.D. Programmes in Science, Arts and Commerce faculties with an intake of 2,900 students and research scholars.

Eligibility criteria for ANJAC Admissions 2024

1. Age: There is no minimum or maximum age criteria set for any course.
2. Citizenship: Both Indian and Foreign nationals can apply for any programme of ANJAC.
3. Educational Qualification: Passing marks from a recognised institution and Board. Core subjects of course are a must to study in previous classes. Physics, Chemistry, Maths subjects are a must in a candidate’s12th class marksheet. TNCET 2024 qualification necessary for  MCA.

Process of Application for ANJAC 2024 admissions

1. Go to official website of ANJAC i.e admission-portal.anjaconline.org.
2. Click on Register. A new page for registration will open on your screen.
3. Enter your Name, Adhaar Card number, D.O.B, and Mobile number. Click on register and verify your Number with OTP.
4. Log in with your Adhaar and D.O.B.
5. A dashboard of all options appear on your screen.
6. Click on My profile and complete your information. Enter your personal information, Nationality and address, parents information, community and caste, etc.
7. Click on Apply New programmes to apply for any course in ANJAC.
8. Upload required documents.
9. Pay Application fee by clicking on Pay. The information about all your transaction appear on ‘My Transactions’ Tab.
10. Your application is now successful. Download your ANJAC 2024 Admission application.

Selection criteria for ANJAC admissions

Candidates in ANJAC Programmes get selected on Merit Basis in their Entrance Test.

ANJAC Entrance test takes place for all UG programmes except B. Sc (viscom/ PHS). Duration of ANJAC Entrance Exam is 1 hour and there 100 objective type questions. For B.Sc (PHS) a physical Endurance takes place for selection in ANJAC. Students must bring their original sports certificated and sports kit.

In PG entrance tests all courses admissions take place through Entrance test except M.Sc Computer Science, M.A Economics, M.C.A, MA Tamil. MCA admissions selection take place on the basis of TANCET scores.
