Admissions in Colleges and Universities of Tamil Nadu for Under Graduate courses is about to start this month. Tamil Nadu Under Graduate admissions 2024 will take place through a unified portal called TNGASA-2024. Tamil Nadu Government Arts and Science Colleges Student Admissions – 2024 is a common portal for all colleges and universities in Tamil Nadu to conduct their UG admissions for the session 2024-27. These are courses for students in Science, Arts, Biology and Commerce.

All students whether residents or non-residents of Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for TNGASA-2024 admissions. They can go to official website of TNGASA-2024 and register themselves. Then select institutions they want to take admission in and lastly pay application fee and their TNGASA  application form will submit. There is another offline method to apply for TNGASA Admissions through Admission Facilitation Centre (AFC) in each district of Tamil Nadu. Then 3 individual rank lists are prepared and finally TNGASA Counselling takes place for selected students.

TNGASA-2024 application process expected to start from 8 May 2024. Last date of TNGASA admissions is 14 September 2024 (tentative).

Tentative College Allotment	College wise seat allotment takes place. Candidate can choose to accept or reject the allotted seat.
Counselling	Counselling for TNGASA-2024 may take place at individual colleges.

2. Registration: Click on ‘Click here for new registration’. Students register themselves for the first time on TNGASA Portal. Enter mobile phone, email and verify it to general Log in ID and Password.
3. Fill TNGASA Application form: The form starts with your personal information like Name, parents name, Address etc. Then they Fill their Special Reserve category (if any). Enter Scholarship information for TNGASA Admissions. Put information about the school you pass from. Next enter your Academic Information. Then Choice filling for the colleges you want to apply to.
4. Preview the entire form and click on ‘Continue to Pay.
5. Pay TNGASA Application fee through your suitable online mode. Then Click on Continue.
6. Upload Documents: Finally submit all your documents like marksheets, reservation category certificate etc. Click on ‘Freeze Upload’.
7. Your TNGASA-2024 Admissions application form is now successfully Submit. Download a copy of this form for future uses.
